Amazing team to work with. When receiving the Carfax on my vehicle, it showed that the truck was in the Midwest so my father wanted to check the undercarriage before we took it When receiving the Carfax on my vehicle, it showed that the truck was in the Midwest so my father wanted to check the undercarriage before we took it home. Come to find out there were loose and missing bolts on the cross members and the Germain Honda of Surprise service team took care of it as soon as they saw the issue. The Used Vehicle Sales Manager was very apologetic and made it clear that that is something that is not a usual occurrence and made it a point to do a once over on my truck before I picked it up.
