Ty was awesome, but Brad was very short with me when I asked about pricing details. I had gone through my credit union for a used car loan and needed Brad to send some documents (with my details as well a asked about pricing details. I wrote down my email address and he did not type it in right. A few days later I received a call from a gentleman in Oregon saying that his daughter was receiving the information that was meant for me. I'm glad my SSN wasn't on there, but I was very upset that not only did Brad give me the cold shoulder when having to deal with me, but he also messed up and sent my personal information to someone else's email when I wrote mine down as clear as day. I was never notified by the dealership, only the gentleman from Oregon. Ty and Bennet were really amazing though. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Just avoid Brad... More

These guys here went way over and beyond making sure that when I left I was completely satisfied. My car was certified used and had a couple of minor scuffs, scrapes so they sent it over and magically made everyone of them disappear. These guys really do know how to take care of you. And my hat especially comes off for Rick. A Great leader yields great employees. More
