By far the easiest and most memorable car buying experience. Brad was incredible! We solidified the deal over the net and had not seen the car personally beforehand. We relied on Brad's judgment which was spot on.

Very pleased with Bennet Foreman, she is personable, responsive and pleasant. Rick Doschadis was exceptionally nice and helpful when he delivered our car. (also had a clever sense of humor). Accounting dept. needs to speed up their act...a month to get a title is a bit ridiculous. The general sales manager also needs to realize that "one size (policy) does not fit all" when he insisted on a wire transfer. This is the second vehicle we have purchased over the internet from Lunde's. Overall they are exceptional in customer service and would recommend to anyone considering buying a car on-line to choose Peoria VW.

We had a wonderful experience at Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen! Everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere was great, and it was such a stress-free car buying experience. I had a car delivered from out of state, and the customer service and follow up from everyone on the team was fantastic. They kept me in the loop on when it would arrive, and even had it come in 2 weeks early! I have always had Volkswagen's, but it's always a matter of where you are going to purchase from. I will always return to Lunde's, and would refer any friends and family there who are looking to purchase a car.

This was the best experience I have every had purchasing a vehicle. I like the approach of not pressuring the customer, I end not buying anything under pressure, the staff was very helpful, the car price was wonderful, overall I am satisfied with my experience at this car dealer, they are excellent, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, understandable and respectful of the customer decisions I really appreciate that.

I walked into this dealership because it had such amazing reviews on both Yelp and Google. Lund's reflected those reviews 100%. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Doug Luoma was incredibly kind and was extremely knowledgable of all the vehicles there. He truly believes that Volkswagen builds amazing vehicles and it lead to my purchase on a 2012 Passat. I shopped them first, went and checked out all of the dealerships around, and still ca,e back because there was no comparison. This is how a car dealership should be ran.

Every aspect of my 2013 VW Beetle TDI purchase met or exceeded my expectations. I had already made up my mind what I wanted to buy and was dealing with another dealership via the internet when I happened to read a consumer review about Lunde VW. Out of curiosity I visited their website, found a vehicle I loved and initiated an internet quote. Xavier responded quickly, gave me a no haggle bottom line quote and after a few emails back and forth we settled on a price I was happy with. Living 250 miles from the dealership, I bought the vehicle on-line and had the vehicle personally delivered to me by Dean Minette. Seeing my new vehicle for the first time AFTER purchase, I was thrilled!!! Having bought several new vehicles over the years, this purchase was easier and less stressful than any before. Buying a new car should be a feel good experience. That is not the way it is at most dealership with their high pressure sales efforts. Jack Jenkins was a true professional who treats you like a friend. Jack and Rick Doschadis put forth extra effort to find the car I was looking for. This was a rewarding and feel good experience.
