This was the second car we purchased from Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs and our outstanding salesman, Stephen Gomez. The Corwin Toyota team are very accommodating. We wanted to test drive a Camry sedan Colorado Springs and our outstanding salesman, Stephen Gomez. The Corwin Toyota team are very accommodating. We wanted to test drive a Camry sedan to see if my wife wanted to down size from a SUV. The car was too low for her to comfortably get in and out. We test drove two more vehicles and she loved the Highlander. Ty worked hard to give a deal we were happy with. The customer support and car-buying process was outstanding. More

Failed to disclose a rodent infestation that could make me and my children sick. Didn't care and lied some more when I asked for help to get the feces and nesting material removed. This was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I never set foot in the dealership and my vehicle was delivered to me the next day. I was turned down for financing at other dealershi have ever had. I never set foot in the dealership and my vehicle was delivered to me the next day. I was turned down for financing at other dealerships or was unable to finance an older vehicle. Corwin made it happen with ease. I am looking forward to the first road trip in my 4Runner! Felt like you guys cut corners. If we weren’t diligent with the car-check before purchasing, our experience, was that you guys would have sent us off with dying battery and hood tha If we weren’t diligent with the car-check before purchasing, our experience, was that you guys would have sent us off with dying battery and hood that wouldn’t stay lifted. We caught these problems before buying and you guys fixed them. However, we got home and realized a head light was out and breaks were squeaky. These should have been taken care of before you tried to sell a vehicle. You guys also tried to oversell the price with security gps in the truck we never asked for. Thankfully you took that off the price but just felt like we had to bargain for that when it shouldn’t have even been part of the purchasing price. Felt like we were haggled. You can’t go wrong with transparency and you guys could improve on this. Put customer best first, not dollar saving for you own sake. These could have been quick and minor fixes on the truck that would have made us shine about the purchase, rather than a day later experiencing disappointment that was unnecessary. More
