I made the trip out from Philadelphia on a whim to look at Chapman Ford's assortment of vehicles. Like so many others, I didn't "expect to buy" that day. The atmosphere in the showroom was light and free of pressure, which made it fun to dream and shop. Aaron, the salesman I had the good fortune of being paired with that day, was sincere, knowledgable, and well spoken. He had answers to most of my questions, of which there were many, and for those less obvious answers he had a gracious team of managers ready to step in and assist. Aaron was also curious about my business, which showcased his care for helping me pick the right tool for my needs on the road. In the end, I made the decision to purchase the Bronco Sport that day. I am pleased to have (2) comprehensive warranties behind my vehicle, and me, which offer support, if ever needed, country wide. In my line of work, and with the amount that I travel, this peace of mind feels priceless.
