This was my first car-buying experience, and thanks to the team at Chapman Ford, it went very well. Tyler specifically showed me at least 8 different cars, went on a road test with me, listened to and va the team at Chapman Ford, it went very well. Tyler specifically showed me at least 8 different cars, went on a road test with me, listened to and valued my list of must-haves, and even acknowledged my need for a lower priced car in the end. I didn't feel overly pressured, and ended up with a great used car that runs great. The other salesman were friendly and chatted with me during the periods of time I was waiting. Overall, a great experience, and would recommend their service. I was able to drive away with my new car the same day. More
