Without any pressure he met our needs with test drive, seeing a car that was the color we wanted, describing all the features and how to use them so that my wife understood them. Ian worked with Pete Novak, Sales Manager, to get us an estimate for our trade in. Since we had told them we were not in any hurry to buy a car today but were seriously interested when the deal was right, they didn't pressure us to make a decisions. It turned out that there was a February Mazda incentive that we weren't aware of that when added to their offer to us made the package attractive enough to close the deal. They didn't have our color choice in stock and had to find it through their dealer network. We were notified when it was available and came in to finish the paperwork. Sitting with Tabatha Jones, Business Manager, was one of the most positive experiences that we've ever had with a dealership. Some of our past experiences with business managers of other dealerships almost had us back out of the deal. Overall we'd have to say that this was the most positive and pleasant experiences we've ever had buying a new car. We actually felt like we were part of their family as we drove off in our new Mazda CX-5 Touring vehicle. I am so glad we did as the customer service we received was exceptional! On one occasion, my husband and I were 600 plus miles away and were having issues with our vehicle. I called service and spoke to Tyler who asked me a series of questions in response to what our issue was. He was able to give me information that set my mind at ease that what was happening would be very unlikely to cause problems on our trip back to IL. Upon our return to IL, we got the vehicle in and the issue turned out to be exactly what Tyler expected. Thankfully, just as he anticipated, it caused us no concerns on the way home. In addition, each time I set an appointment for service via the phone (basic maintenance and a recall) and each time I was at the dealership for service, Tyler was always friendly, kind and respectful. My husband and I have since moved from IL and oh how I wish we could have brought the Anderson Nissan Mazda staff with us! We truly appreciate the great service we got from this dealership. I would highly recommend them! More

Excellent experiences every time. Alan made buying the car a breeze. He's a great guy and funny as xxxx. We just had a remote start put in and both Steve and Tyler in the service department are also friendly and great guys to chat with. We had a major issue with the car when it wasn't very old (manufacturer defect), but the dealership handled it without question. Gave us a loaner and the repairs were done ahead of schedule with no ongoing issues. Definitely a great bunch of people to work with. I would have absolutely zero reservations about recommending Alan for sales and the service guys for repairs/etc. More
