They go out of their way to help the customer get vehicles taken care of. The mirror was backordered and they located one in Georgia and had it shipped so we could get it fixed asap. Spitzer had the vehicles taken care of. The mirror was backordered and they located one in Georgia and had it shipped so we could get it fixed asap. Spitzer had the mirror ready to go before the insurance got it together, so we had to wait. We have only good things to say about the service and parts dept. They do an excellent job of pleasing the customer who will keep coming back. Thanks to Sierra for helping us through the computer obstacles that us old people don't know how to do. More
