I've been dealing with Ty for the last couple of years. I've never had a bad experience with him, he's always courteous and helpful. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was not starting properly. I worked with Ty Ramsey to resolve this problem. Ty exceeded my expectations to assure that the Jeep was accurately fixed in spite of the difficult and worked with Ty Ramsey to resolve this problem. Ty exceeded my expectations to assure that the Jeep was accurately fixed in spite of the difficult and unusual nature of the problem. Ty kept in communication with me throughout the process and also arranged for us to have a complimentary loaner car over the weekend. I was also very happy with his efforts to reduce the costs for the repair work. Thank you Ty! More

I have enjoyed my experinces with Crown Chrysler. I purchased my van with Austin Walden and Tyler in service takes good care of it. Ty recently assisted us with replacing all 4 tires on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. A couple days ago, I ran over a piece of metal that pierced one of the tires. After changing out with the spare, 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. A couple days ago, I ran over a piece of metal that pierced one of the tires. After changing out with the spare, I called Ty. He immediately checked the inventory and found one in stock. This was around 3:30pm and I would have completely expected instructions to come in the next day as I was about 30-40 minutes away at that point. Instead, Ty accommodated me that afternoon. I drove to the dealership and the tire was changed and vehicle returned to me in less than a half-hour. Ty also looked up my information from the sale of the original tire(s) and worked through a warrantee request on his own--I sat in the service area doing work, not missing a beat. The result was a major credit against the cost of the new tire. If asked, this is exactly how I would define superior customer service. By the way, there have been other instances where we have needed service and some sort of accommodation. Ty never hesitates to give this same quality of service. We have already recommended this dealership to our friends and colleagues, two of whom have purchased Grand Cherokee Overlands from your dealership... Ed Kozelek and Danny Jones. We also showed our vehicle to a neice and nephew in Cincinnati. They recently purchased an Overland Summit. Great vehicles, great service. That will keep us coming back. Ty has always been a pleasure to work with in the serivce department, he is extremely knowledgeable,friendly and communicates very well. On my recent visit to the service deptartment there were two things th department, he is extremely knowledgeable,friendly and communicates very well. On my recent visit to the service deptartment there were two things that had to be taken care of and he explained exaclty what needed to be replaced and when the parts would be avalaible. He has also been very helpful getting information for me on pricing for accessories that are avaliable for my 2013 Dodge Ram. I would highly recommend him!!! More

I recently had a problem with my Chrysler Aspen over the weekend. My advisor, Ty Ramsey, was able to get me in to service quickly, diagnosed the problem, and was able to get it repaired and covered under my weekend.
