We first talked with Tyler in September and just purchased this week, he was great at keeping in touch and sharing information. Sales associate (Tyler Torres) was exceptional. He made the buying experience comfortable. He knowledge of the product was first class. His overview of the features of the vehicle was extensive and made it the buying experience comfortable. He knowledge of the product was first class. His overview of the features of the vehicle was extensive and made it easy for us to understand. Only somewhat less than excellent was the financing of the vehicle. Understand COVID-19 had some impact plus it seemed to be an busy day at the dealership but we waited almost 1.5 hours just to get in from of the finance employee. Previous experience at new car financing you would sign on the papers electronically on their desktop and walk away with a thumb drive. This was all paper experience. Terrible. More

I brought my 2016 Subaru in for the 60,000 mile warranty even though it only had 45,000 miles on it. I had everything down to it. A full service, wiper blades, all the filters. I sat and waited on it. even though it only had 45,000 miles on it. I had everything down to it. A full service, wiper blades, all the filters. I sat and waited on it. It didn't take them very look to do all the work. I was back out on the road in no time. More

My opinion of Bill Bryan Subaru has gone up a thousand percent from it's already Five Star level. Several days after picking up the vehicle I noticed a scrape on the right rear side of the new vehicle. I percent from it's already Five Star level. Several days after picking up the vehicle I noticed a scrape on the right rear side of the new vehicle. I took it back to Bill Bryan Subaru because I needed to finalize paperwork and I wanted them to see the scrape and get their thoughts. It was absolutely clear to me that the scratch was not there when I picked up the car because they and I would have noticed it. My best guess is that this scrape occurred while I was in a restaurant getting a carry-out order and that's the irresponsible person who caused it didn't care to be an adult and when they heard the noise of the scrape continued to drive away. Luckily for me Bill Bryan Subaru has a quality body shop that's going to be able to repair scratch for what is in my opinion a reasonable price. If all dealerships followed Bill Bryan Subaru model the world would be a much better place to live in! Dan Sutton More

I came in for a minor service on my excellent 2019 Subaru Outback and although this was not my initial intent sales staff had such a good deal that I left with a 2020 Outback with features I've always wanted Outback and although this was not my initial intent sales staff had such a good deal that I left with a 2020 Outback with features I've always wanted but was never able to afford boy am I happy camper! More
