I just wanted to say that my experience with this dealership by far exceeded my expectations. I had previously purchased five vehicles from a competitor Nissan dealership and was very partial to the dealership by far exceeded my expectations. I had previously purchased five vehicles from a competitor Nissan dealership and was very partial to them. I came across a vehicle at Sutherlin I was interested in and called to inquire. The staff online/internet and over the phone were a pleasure to deal with. When I arrived the following day they were one of the most professional and courteous dealerships that I have ever encountered. I can truly say I was more than pleased in dealing with Sutherlin and they can rest assured I am a customer for life. A big huge thanks to all of the staff, from receptionist, sales, financing, service, detailing and ownership! Oh one last note I love my new Armada!! More

I bought a brand new Nissan Versa from this dealership. It was my very first car and I was very excited. During the process of buying the car the staff was very friendly. However, once I signed the papers my experience went downhill. When they gave me my car, they said they had cleaned it but it was obvious they did not. The floors were dirty and there was stains on the doors. With this I should have inspected my car closer but I didn't because I trusted them. Three months later, I decided to check my car out because I was just curious. I found a piece of plastic taped with masking tape to my bumper. I recognized it because its the kind they use at body shops to paint cars. I inspected further and found a tire track mark on my back seat and I also saw that the back covering in my trunk looked like it was forced. There was also scratches near the tailights, like they had taken them out to fix something. At this I was very surprised because I had never used my trunk before. I also noticed that I was having trouble with my alignment. I knew something was wrong because a car with less than 3,000 miles should not have this problem especially when I take extremely good care of it. I contacted the dealership and they told me to bring the car in. I did and they "inspect it". They did a point inspection and when I got my car back the front bumper was all scratched and dirty. When I told them, they buffered it out. As for what I found all they did was, take the plastic piece and threw it away, the service guys cleaned the tire mark and replaced a cap. That's it. To me they just got rid of the evidence. I came back again probably a week later because they told me to come in to fix the scratches, I brought it and it took them a week to fix 2 scratches and when I got my car back it had 2 new scratches near the taillights and one side of it was all dirty with buffing material. I have never seen such a poor job or service before. I was very displeased so I contacted US Marine. He told me to bring the car in once more to fix the new scratches, when I came in all he did was take my keys and send a worker to set me up with a rental. I didn't even get to explain what's wrong with the car. I have never been treated with such disrespect before. My advice don't buy from this dealership, and if you do inspect you car thoroughly! More

US Marine I recently purchased a 2013 Altima. The sales personnel was very corteous and without pressure we were able to negotiate a very fair deal. US Marine and Tobic costumer service totally changed my previous opinion of a car salesman. They are trully commited to provide great service with a fair price. My first service call for this car came 08/07/2012. I always knew that new models have bugs and other miscellaneous issues that may requires warranty calls and miscellaneous recals; however, John Barrington provided me with great service and took care of the problem. The Service and Parts team were excellent to my wife and I. Mr. George Fata (Parts Manager) was very polite and corteous. Overall, prior dealing with Sutherlin and this staff. All my car buying experience were negative and unplesant. Sutherlin have prove me the following: 1- That I am a costumer and I was treated very fair on my purchase. (FYI they have to make money otherwise they will not be in business, but I can assure you will be will get a great car for a fair price) 2- The team is honestly proud and commited to great service and costumer relationship. Talked to John Leone, over the phone, told me what he could do.I live Lake Co &because of my health he offered to come to my home to look at my trade-in. but I went ahead and drove to Orlando to Sutherlin's Nissan. I purchased a Nissan 370Z Touring w/Sport Package over two and a half years ago. Since purchase of the vehicle, I've always adhered to the manufacturer/dealer recommended maintenance schedule. While the two and a half years ago. Since purchase of the vehicle, I've always adhered to the manufacturer/dealer recommended maintenance schedule. While the vehicle was still under warranty (3 years or 36,000 miles), I'd get all scheduled maintenance completed at the dealership. Since the car is no longer under warranty (I've driven 41,500 miles), I take it to a service shop that is closer to my residence for basic service (i.e., tire balance, oil change and filters). If any major service would be required, I'd take it to the experts (the dealership). A couple of weeks ago, I noticed a difference in the response of the clutch. I took the car to my service shop and questioned the service manager. He stated that there was probably air in the system and that it needed to be bled. The shop bled the system and test drove the car. The technician that performed the work stated that the clutch felt fine and the car was in good working order. However, to me the clutch still felt funny (I drive the car everyday). About a week later, the clutch stuck to the floor and I had to return it my lifting with my foot. I immediately took the car to Sutherlin Nissan Orlando and explained the issue to the Service Representative, Carlos Quinones. I also voiced my concerns to the Service & Parts Director, Ray Powers. I left the car at the dealership and returned home. Shortly after, I received a call from Carlos stating that there was indeed an issue with the clutch. The full scope of the repair would not be known until further examination of the system was completed. I told Carlos to order the parts needed for the repair. Since this was the Friday (September 2, 2011) prior to Labor Day, it would be a couple of days before the repair would be completed. The next day (Saturday), I received an unexpected call from Carlos. He stated that the Master Cylinder needed to be replaced and that Sutherlin Nissan Orlando would perform all the required repairs to my vehicle at no cost to me. I was totally speechless and at the same time I could not thank him enough. When I arrived at the dealership, Carlos and I went for a test drive and she (my car) responded like new. I am very pleased with the service after the sale that I received from Sutherlin Nissan Orlando. I understand that they did not have to do what they did for me – but they did. Again, I would like to thank the technicians that performed the repair to my vehicle, Carlos Quinones, Ray Powers and U. S.
