fast, efficient and excellent service joel is the perfect service advisor, always satisfied 100 %. My only disappointment with the Honda Corporation is that they discontinued the Honda C joel is the perfect service advisor, always satisfied 100 %. My only disappointment with the Honda Corporation is that they discontinued the Honda Crosstour model, which will make my choice for a new car difficult when that time comes. We really love our Crosstour. However we do like Honda cars and will be the first stop when shopping for a new car. More

I had a simple oil change. I appreciated getting my car back with a washed exterior. The staff was efficient and courteous. This is my 2nd interaction with Diamond Valley. 1st time we had a problem with a new car we bought the day before, but they were great in resolving the problem and meet all my expectations. 2nd was to have we had a problem with a new car we bought the day before, but they were great in resolving the problem and meet all my expectations. 2nd was to have the new car serviced and they were great again. Very timely, very friendly. I made an online reservation for service at 10:15 am. I arrived at 10:13 am and as soon as I was out of the car, Mr Flores-Morales came to meet me. I I made an online reservation for service at 10:15 am. I arrived at 10:13 am and as soon as I was out of the car, Mr Flores-Morales came to meet me. I had requested a Maintenance-A with tire rotation. The oil change was free deal but the tire rotation costs $24.95. After checking the mileage by turning the car on, Mr. Flores-Morales said that the system indicates that the vehicle needs a brake fluid change. I accepted his observation and agreed to a brake fluid service. ($135.99). While I was waiting in their lounge area, Mr Flores-Morales brought me a dirty engine air filter and recommended I change it in the vehicle. He also mentioned the cabin air filter. The price for changing both would be $100.00. I told him that I would change them myself and he accepted. Subsequently I did change them within two days.. The engine filter in my vehicle was considerably dirtier than the one Mr Flores-Morales showed me. So what dirty filter did he show me? The overall experience with DVH service has always been very pleasant. More
