Beyond disappointed and frustrated with our experience at this dealership today. We booked an appointment on July 16 to purchase the car we were interested in. I clearly said the vehicle we wanted and some o this dealership today. We booked an appointment on July 16 to purchase the car we were interested in. I clearly said the vehicle we wanted and some of the terms I wanted to discuss, and the person I spoke to indicated she had recorded my requests. The confirmation email said “We will have the vehicle(s) you are interested in waiting for you.” Our appointment was at 9:30am on July 17. We drove over an hour from Chicago for our appointment. When we got in, we were seen by a different representative than we’d scheduled the appointment with because the original one wasn’t coming in that day until 1pm (so it was odd that they’d scheduled an appointment with her in the first place). After waiting for 10-15 minutes for the paperwork, we were told that the car we had come in to purchase was being looked at by different people at that very moment. Are you serious? The manager told us that cars are looked at on a first-come-first-serve basis. That was not what was communicated to us before. The email and my communication on the phone while making the appointment indicated that the car would be waiting for us. It seemed that as we were sitting waiting, the car was being shown to someone else. Unbelievably poor communication and service. I honestly cannot believe that that just happened. They told us we could “wait and see” if the other people decided to buy the car. Are they kidding? Are we supposed to sit in a dealership waiting all morning while the car we’d made an appointment to purchase is being test driven by another couple?? Everything is also very slow at this dealership. When we came in on Monday, the two representatives we saw knew none of the answers to our questions - every time we asked something, they’d leave for 10-15 minutes to check, then return, only to have to leave again to get the answer to another question. Luckily this won’t matter for us again in the future because we will not be returning to this dealership and we recommend you don’t either. More

BUYER BEWARE SHAME ON YOU! (what a terrible work ethic) Honesty & Integrity mean NOTHING HERE. These guys were VERY PUSH & SNEAKY, and it worked. They got one over on me! (what a terrible work ethic) Honesty & Integrity mean NOTHING HERE. These guys were VERY PUSH & SNEAKY, and it worked. They got one over on me! I told them I have a pre approval letter and will finance with my Credit Union. I asked for: 1. Unsigned Bill of Sale (for Credit Union) 2. Dealer Plate - so I could take vehicle for an inspection, then bring back check to purchase vehicle or return if inspection fails. I was told: 1. We cannot give you a Bill of Sale, then the vehicle is yours. - Again I asked for a written quote or something w/the numbers. Otherwise, my credit union Cannot approve the loan without knowing the details of the vehicle and price - Now, I had two of them coming at me, spinning me in circles. 2. Again, I was told they could not do this and that They would need to run my credit for financing with Toyota For me to take the vehicle (They never made it clear that I would be taking the vehicle that I was purchasing, not them lending me the vehicle with the dealer plates for inspection as I was under the assumption that we were doing . 3. Next, they had to work me to get insurance coverage for the vehicle in order for me to take the vehicle (me not realizing they were not giving me the car to inspect it. They were working (little by little) a final sale and securing it with the Toyota financing in case my financing falls through they have me approved & signed w/Toyota financing (securing their sale one shady way or another). - They assured me that all dealerships are REQUIRED to do this practice, Regardless of how you pay (Cash, Check, or Finance). Yeah, now I get it… these guys do this so either way, if you can’t get financing on your own, they just got you to sign financing with Toyota & you just bought a car!!! - I don’t know how these people can look you in the face and straight up scam you! - My faith in humanity is drained! - I will say my prayers at night and ask that these so called men will reap what they sow. - And hopefully, you’ll think of me when you’re getting the Karma you deserve. **BUYER BEWARE** Classic bait and switch dealer. I was looking at a Rav4 Hybrid that was in stock at this location. Their own website listed the car at MSRP but when I arrived I was surprised that t I was looking at a Rav4 Hybrid that was in stock at this location. Their own website listed the car at MSRP but when I arrived I was surprised that there was a $5k markup. I had asked what was that about and they had said they were adding an optional ceramic coating as well as some type of low budget lo-jack system. The salesman had clearly mentioned these were optional, so I told him I decided to take the option to NOT add those things. He does the dance and comes back with his manager, the manager says they can't take those options off because once the car arrives they send it off to a 3rd party to have those options installed. Long story short we negotiated down to $3k over MSRP, but I still didn't feel right paying over MSRP. Then they tried to throw the classic "chip shortage" and "this is a hot vehicle", DUHHHH that's why I want to buy it! I ended up walking away from the $3k markup. A couple days later I ended up finding a better deal at MSRP. PLEASE think twice before talking to these scam artists. More
