In December of 2024, I bought my car from them after my original was totaled in an accident. Agreed on price, test drove it, loved it. When my dad and I came to pick the car up the next day, (my dad had arrived first) and he let me know there were issues starting the car, and it seemed that the techs and salesman were previously aware of these issues. When I arrived, they tested the battery that the service guy said was good and he just tested. When we tested the battery, he said it was no good and replaced it. Car started fine, so I wasn’t worried. Now, six months later, the car is having starting issues. I took it back to you guys and now you say the starting motor is bad? Not only that, but the car that passed a safety inspection is leaking oil, has a bad brake caliper, and most concerning has ball joints with “excessive play”. You wanted to charge me 6500 for a car I bought for 12-13K. I took it to a reliable shop that I have been working with for over 5 years on multiple vehicles, and he couldn’t find anything past the starting motor (which it seemed like you guys were aware of 6 months ago). I was so disappointed because the GM seemed to care about sales/service experience, but does not have his team ready to deliver on the expectation. The Zeigler name is on a lot of dealerships, and I really want to trust it and keep working with this dealership but I don’t think I can after I was misled and charged $129 for it. When buying the car, I was pushed extensively to purchase add-ons which I communicated that I was only there to buy a car and no add-ons. Eventually, we settled on adding certification as a low apr was offered. The used car I bought was a previous cigarette smokers car and I was told the dealership could get the smell out. When I initially picked the car up, it smelled heavily of cigarettes and I had to come back to get it cleaned and it still heavily smells like cigarettes. My clothes and hair constantly smell like cigarettes now and it is very bothersome and I am extremely disappointed in the dealership letting me know they can take care of the smell but not being able to get it out. If I had known the smell would be such an issue, I would have not bought the car in the first place. It was also a hassle to get a second key for the vehicle from the dealership. I had to ask for the inspection report in order to be granted a second key for the car which should've came with the car in the first place. I have had to take off of work several times and drive an hour both ways to visit the dealership several times after purchasing the car. Overall, I did not see my first car buying experience to go poorly like this and having to deal with this many hurdles, only to be unsatisfied with the car More

I purchased a 2020 bmw m340i April 1st, 2025, i noticed after the first week that the tires were worn to the point of the wear bars showing. Also there was a rattle in the front left. The dealership replaced the worn tires and test drove the car multiple times and said there was no rattle. I asked multiple times to put the car on a lift to check for play in front axles and steering components but they insisted that they test drove it and heard no noise. They only performed a visual inspection. Upon receiving the new tires the service manager had me sign a contract saying they would no longer do repairs on the vehicle unless it was done through warranty. The day after this I received a notification on the dash that the car was 2 quarts low on oil so I added it and tried to check the oil level through the radio like you’re supposed to and it is unable to read the level. That made me wonder how they inspected the vehicle thoroughly if you are unable to read the oil level. I’ve also reached out multiple times to get my ceramic coating appointment and was told someone would return my call and still haven’t received one. I initially never wanted the coated but was talked into by a manager there. Needless to say I will no longer take my vehicle back to this dealership and I will have a reputable BMW dealership service any work that’s done moving forward. It’s unfortunate because my father and my sister both bought their vehicles from Ziegler and neither of them will be going back either. More

This was my first time taking my car into this dealership since we moved to a different area. I wasn't informed about the 3% service charge.
