I didn’t interact much with Venezia as she was training a young man on the floor (Alex I think?) which is why I gave her 4 stars. Everything was done expeditiously, however, being that it was my first time there, it may have been helpful for the service department to inform me the left side of the service doors was the entry and the right side door was an exit. I needed to back up and move when I saw a car pulling toward me. Yikes! But I guess, had there been an accident, I was at the right place. Ha. More
