While looking on KBB.com, I was able to search for vehicles within the area I lived. Most were eliminated by mileage, then we found a 2007 Camry XLE with 18,000 miles. When I called Hyman, I was connected with Vernon James. We worked out the details and I decided to buy the referenced Camry. My problem was that my wife worked and I'm paralyzed on my left side. When I asked about delivering the car from Midlothian to Fredericksburg, 65-70 miles, Mr. James said no problem. All of the paper work was done and the next day Mr. James delivered my wife's new (used) Camry right to my office. I would recommend Hyman Bros and Mr. James to any prospective buyer. When I need to buy again, my first search will be Hyman Bros. Yours should be also. More

A Great Experience We bought our 2004 Ford F150 Lariat Crew Cab truck from Hyman Bros. Midlothian on Saturday, November 9, 2013, and had a great experience. My wife w We bought our 2004 Ford F150 Lariat Crew Cab truck from Hyman Bros. Midlothian on Saturday, November 9, 2013, and had a great experience. My wife wanted us to trade in the family van I was driving for a four-door truck. She knew I had always wanted a truck, but I wasn’t in a hurry to get one. She found the perfect truck for me on the Hyman Bros. Midlothian website. She called the number and was teamed up with Salesman Vernon. He was very knowledgeable and answered her many questions. My wife was ready to see the truck immediately, but my work schedule didn’t leave any time to make the trip to Midlothian from Yorktown. A few weeks went by and we figured the truck was gone, when we received a call from Vernon. He just wanted to check in with us and let us know the truck was still there! Due to my work schedule, Vernon even offered to bring the truck to Hyman Bros. of Newport News for us to look at it. I was finally able to take off early on a Saturday and we drove the van to Midlothian. The truck was just what we were looking for. We explained a few things about the truck that needed fixed and, of course, we wanted a good price for our trade in. Vernon was very helpful with the whole process. We came to an agreement that I think everyone felt good about. Hyman Bros. really worked with us and we drove home in our “new” truck. We had an appointment to bring it back for the service department to work on it. We were given a very nice loaner to use while the truck was in the shop. The service department was just as great to work with as the sales department at Hyman Bros. Midlothian. We can honestly say it was one of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had. I first went to Hyman Brothers because of their excellent reputation. The first time my wife and I went to Hyman Brothers, Vernon met us at the door. He found out what I wanted and checked their inventory. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for at that time. However, he gave me his card and let me know about the Hyman brothers website. After almost 2 months of trying to find my dream car, I saw it on the Hyman Brothers website. We showed up to the dealership less than 30 minutes before their closing time. Again, Vernon met us at the door. he remembered who we were. The car I wanted was at a different Hyman Brothers location, so Vernon went and picked it up for us. He gave us lots of time to look the car over and even helped me to put the top down. At other dealerships my test drive has been a quick low speed trip around the block, but not here. Since the car was only a two seater, Vernon offered to let my wife and I take the car out alone. My wife declined so Vernon and I took the car out for a nice long test drive. I actually got to take the car out on the highway! Vernon really took the time to get to know us. He was very friendly and courteous. He also worked hard to get me where I needed to be in order to buy my dream car. He was more than fair with my trade in. Hyman Brothers worked everything out with my bank and my insurance even though both were closed by the time we got the papers signed. I got to leave that night with my car. Vernon stayed while we cleaned out my old vehicle and made the whole process a GREAT experience. He even took the car and topped off the gas tank for us while we were signing the papers! Since we got there so late, Vernon didn't have anyone to clean the car, but he invited me to come back the next day for a free car wash. To top it off, a few days later I received a hand written letter from Vernon congratulating me on my new car and thanking me for my business. He also said that if I ever need anything, I can give him a call. This is my fifth car, and I can say without doubt that this is the best car buying experience I have EVER had! I will recommend Vernon and Hyman Brothers to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car. Thanks Vernon for helping to make my dream come true! More

Was looking for a pick-up truck as a utility vehicle. I wanted something at a low cost and with low mileage. I found the right vehicle for me at Hyman Brothers. Vernon James did a great job at helping me find the truck at a different Hyman location from the one I visited and assisted in the sales process, helping us get several cosmetic items on the truck fixed as part of the sale. The final paperwork process was fairly painless and quick. I will definitely use Hyman Brothers again when I need a previously owned vehicle. More

We found a 2009 Toyota minivan online that was located at their other location. Vernon moved the car to their Midlo location for ua so we didn't have to drive to the other location. We came with our two children and they even had a toy room and turned the tv to nick jr. For my 2.5 year old. They beat our Carmax appraisal on our fade in and got us a better interest rate on our loan. I highly recommend this dealership! More
