We agreed to buy the car on March 2nd and bought the car on March 6th. Darcy asked Seth if the car came with free oil changes. Seth said he thought so, but he would have to check. Darcy asked him multiple times about the oil changes. He finally came back and told us it didn’t come with oil changes. Keep in mind that when we were agreeing to the price, he told us that the price was as low as the dealership could go. He said that there was only about $200 room in the price, we paid asking price for the car. When we were closing the deal CB told us that we needed to do the annual maintenance in order not to void the warranty. This was never mentioned before. Seth said that before we left the dealership that day, everything would be set up. He told us that our cell phones would work with apple car play wirelessly once we set up the phones. This did not turn out to be true. When we were done with the signing, he couldn’t get us set up because the car which was a year old needed a USBC cable instead of a USB cable. The change to USBC cables has been around since at least 2023 so how is it that he was not aware that the car needed USBC cables in March of 2024? Seth promised that he would come out the next day to our house around noon and set us up, once he got a USBC cable. The next day, no Seth and no phone call letting us know he wasn’t going to make it. After leaving multiple text messages I able to reach him about 3 PM asking if he was coming out and he replied that he got busy. Seth promised that he would come out Friday at noon and set us up. Friday no Seth, and no phone call. We texted him on Friday several times and left messages and got no reply from him. He finally called Saturday morning wanting to come out that morning, but we couldn’t because we were heading to Chicago that morning. He agreed to come out Sunday at 1 PM, but once again No Seth, no phone calls. He finally called Monday morning to say that he would be out around noon to set up the phone. When Darcy asked him why he didn’t show up and didn’t call, he told her that he was really sick and didn’t want to get us sick, which neither of us believed him. Each time he promised to come out, we WAITED for him with no communication from him. Finally Seth showed up on Monday to set up our phones. I didn’t have mine set up because I wanted nothing to do with him at this point. He promised multiple times that he was going to do something and then failed to deliver on his promise. Meanwhile, we were trying to set up the garage door remote for the car and couldn’t figure it out because we didn’t have a manual and the only access to the manual was online on our phone. Seth told Darcy that the Car is supposed to be able to be programmed for the garage door. Turns out that the car did not have the proper mirror that has the garage door buttons on it. Seth promised us that he would order a mirror and would replace it for free. 9 days later we went to the dealership to get the car washed and check up on when the mirror would be in. Seth went back to the service department and came back after a few minutes and said that the part was going to be ordered and should be in the next week. Which means that when he promised to order the part he did not do as he promised. 2 weeks later, Darcy called the service manager to find out when the part would get there and learned that the part was NEVER ordered! The service manager told us that he would order the part and it would be on the dearlership. We finally got the part in and it was installed no thanks to Seth. This has been the worst car buying experience we have ever had. It's a shame that someone who is completely untrustworthy is to us, the face of your franchise. More

This dealership is extremely friendly and helpful! I have had many poor experiences in the past with car dealerships, but this was not one of them. From start to finish, Kelsey did an exceptional job I have had many poor experiences in the past with car dealerships, but this was not one of them. From start to finish, Kelsey did an exceptional job making the buying processes fun and easy. My situation was a little more difficult than your average deal as I needed a car quick and I live over 3 hours away. Kelsey answered all of my questions quickly and professionally and we were able to make a deal over the phone and get the vehicle within days. When I arrived at the dealership I was surprised by how genuinely friendly everyone was as I’m not used to this type of culture at other dealerships. CB was also an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and personable. Even though I live so far away, I will 100% be using Maple Hill Auto to purchase vehicles in the future! 10 out of 10 would recommend to all my friends and family! More
