I went to this dealer as a result of my usual dealership did not have an available appointment time for 10 days. Woodstock CDJR service people are the nicest to deal with. When I have made appointments with other dealerships, my appointment to have my vehicle repaired means my vehicle is repaired at the time of my arrival. And not be told that it would be four hours until som appointment to have my vehicle repaired means my vehicle is repaired at the time of my arrival. And not be told that it would be four hours until someone could get to my vehicle. The customer waiting area is accommodating. And the staff was courteous. I do appreciate that my vehicle was checked. I am still concerned that no issue was found, which is the reason for me taking the van in the beginning. More
