My experience was variable. I went many dealerships exploring new vehicles. The second time I went to Herb Chambers was my intent to purchase; I was quickly discouraged by the s I went many dealerships exploring new vehicles. The second time I went to Herb Chambers was my intent to purchase; I was quickly discouraged by the salesman who approached me who did not listen to a word I said. He continued on his path as a pushy salesman. If I knew his name I would not even rate him. Walter witnesses the entire encounter and saw how disappointed I was and apologized for my experience. He took the time to ask me what I was looking for and how he could help. I went back the next day (3rd time at this dealership), only to deal with Walter himself, He was kind and work very hard to understand my needs. In the end I was very happy with Walter and my vehicle. A shout out to Dimitri who pushed along the delivery after I called him explaining that I was told I could not collect the vehicle for 4 days later. The vehicle was less than 30 miles away and the manager on site did nothing to make it happen. I sent an email to the other manager Daniel Bortolussi who didn't even respond. The guy that offered the extended warranties was extremely pushy and did not listen to a word I said, he continued pushing and rearranging his sentences to convince me to purchase something. Other people along the way with phone calls and such were very nice and approachable. I have not had a full experience with the service department. Let's hope they listen and take care of my vehicle as if it was their own. I would recommend this dealership but would suggest, if you don't click with the salesman, you are with, find someone else who is willing to listen. Walter was awesome! More

This week after seeing a light on the dash, we decided it was time for an upgrade in vehicles so we made our way Friday to Herb Chambers to check out what they had in stock. As we pulled in we saw My husbands dream car, in his favorite color. As reasonable adults you never think that kind of thing works out. In comes Jack Regan, just the most friendly person. He is very genuine on his approach. Car shopping ALWAYS feels like a headache. We weren't expecting any miracles. Jack did a lot of running around. Showing us cheaper options, lease options, he could tell that we really wanted this dream car to work out. Between him and Alex Montes we are now driving a smaller option for me, and my husbands dream car comes home with us next week. Your sales team didn't know that my family really needed this win. They worked tirelessly on offers, trade in values, etc. He's already looking for accessories for his new vehicle, and planning trips with the top down. He works so hard for this family, and thanks to you, I'm seeing that smile in his face again. Thank you so much to Jack and Alex, I hope you keep these two around for a long time! <3 More

The experience both started and ended rocky. First, I was told, via text message, that the car I was looking at was at the dealership and ready to view. I drove 30 minutes and then discovered First, I was told, via text message, that the car I was looking at was at the dealership and ready to view. I drove 30 minutes and then discovered the vehicle was not there and never was. They did a great job of apologizing, found a very similar model at another location to secure. Though, they told me it was brand new, coming off the truck and would be delivered the following day. When I got the call that the vehicle arrived, I went in and this vehicle had 237 miles on it....I am not sure that it was right off the truck. I went through the process, and unfortunately had another snafu when it came to registering my vehicle, as that took them 4 days. I am finally all set, but it was not an easy experience. Love the car and the service guy doing my inspection was wonderful. I don't appreciate the "mistruths" or lack of communication when it came to registering the vehicle. I am not sure I would go back again due to the lack of transparency and communication. More
