I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from your dealership, and while I’m happy with the car itself, I can’t say I was over the moon with the overall service experience. Unfortunately, it f your dealership, and while I’m happy with the car itself, I can’t say I was over the moon with the overall service experience. Unfortunately, it felt like I was treated a bit differently—almost like a second-class customer—because I wasn’t buying a brand new vehicle. The attention and enthusiasm that I observed being shown to new car buyers just didn’t carry over to my experience. Buying a certified pre-owned car is still a significant investment, and I had hoped for a level of care and professionalism that reflected that. I’m sharing this feedback in the hopes that future customers—regardless of what they’re buying—are made to feel equally valued. More
