Purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2021 Altima earlier this year. Clean report from dealer- while cleaning up the car, found a deep dent in lower rocker panel and contacted dealership. Told "some cars have character" and that they would do nothing about it. Photo taken that day(when it was purchased) shows the dent- once you know where to look. Clearly, they either don't do much of a body inspection or they are not honest with their findings. Not the only dealership that I have had issues with. I will NEVER buy another Nissan period and will probably trade this in soon and eat the extra cost-just to be rid of what else they may not have found during their "Inspection". Yes, they prove the concept of only interested in the sale- not developing future sales. More

The one car at this dealership that I went to look at had been sold by the time I arrived, and I was not prepared to switch my focus to something else and make the most of the visit, but Vince had me covere been sold by the time I arrived, and I was not prepared to switch my focus to something else and make the most of the visit, but Vince had me covered with another very similar car of the same model ready to take for a ride. I did end up liking the vehicle but the differences from the first one I wanted did not seem to be appropriately reflected in the different price tags, they were practically the same range with thousands more miles on number two which was also just a hair older. I told Vince that was a barrier for me, and he asked if the price were right for my comfort level did I like the car enough that I would be purchasing today, and when I said that would be a yes he accepted that challenge and worked to deliver. His strategy to make the sale was clearly to get the customer what they want and let them buy the car they are there to go home with. I had pre arranged financing in hand from my bank, and I got the same terms I was quoted and willing to accept. The business office was efficient and my wait was not as long as the last time I bought a car that way, and everyone I interacted with was nice to chat with while we worked. I would recommend stopping in even if you're not sure you want a Nissan, or which, or if they have that, because they'll get your car in front of you if they have it, just go tell them what you need!
