Crown Kia is truly a family-oriented dealership. .We first visited Crown Kia in 2018 when we were looking to lease a vehicle. We had never leased a vehicle before and were unfamiliar with the proces .We first visited Crown Kia in 2018 when we were looking to lease a vehicle. We had never leased a vehicle before and were unfamiliar with the process. We met salesman Jeff Perego in the Kia lot, from that point on it was like we had a family member helping us. He answered any questions we had in a professional and caring way. Potential problems were resolved before we knew they existed. We were so impressed with the way we were treated we returned in 2020 and purchased another Sorento. It should be no surprise who was there to help us, Jeff Perego and our new family members at Crown Kia. He introduced us to managers (Vinny/Khamphong), finance (Naveed), service (Kyle/Michael/John/Ben) and parts personnel (John) as though we were family and that is the way we were treated. More

Kia Telluride Purchase 1. Mr. Lance Dokes was the sales consultant during the purchase of our 2020 Kia Telluride. He call and notified us that the vehicle arrived on 28 Ma 1. Mr. Lance Dokes was the sales consultant during the purchase of our 2020 Kia Telluride. He call and notified us that the vehicle arrived on 28 March 2020. We visited Crown Kia dealership on that day and Mr. Doke showed us the vehicle, then explain the financial process. He scheduled an appointment for us to come back on 30 March 202 and when we arrived all essential documents were ready for completion with our interactions and signatures. He was very professional, courteous, and willing to provide far beyond what we expected. We really understood the country, state, and local guidelines based on the coronavirus state of emergency. Mr. Dokes was well versed of the policies and this made us feel more comfortable during the financial process. He also provided us a very thorough orientation of the vehicle and optional features, even though it was 90F as he stood outside at that time. 2. This is not our first time doing business with Crown dealerships, but is the first time with Crown Kia. Thanks to Mr. Lance Dokes, this will not be our last time with Crown Kia. 3. Great Experience I went to this dealership to just try and get some information as I was not prepared to buy car for the next four months. But I ran into a salesman named Zoranco Kirovski Who took his time to help me and explain the cars in detail even knowing I was not buying that day. He did a extremely thorough job in explaining everything to me and my interest in the cars changed. Mainly in part to his knowledge and helpfulness. I would highly recommend him to anybody as I am a previous car salesman myself and I know what it takes to do this job properly. More
