THE BEST DEAL EVER, GREAT SALESMENSHIP, AND DEALER EVER I went with a friend to buy a new Kia ...I liked it so much I wanted one also.. I appreciated how hard he worked to help her get a price that she was comfortable with..Sam is so honest and straightforward, even push to take a deal to the sales manager he might not have wanted to take...And they did.... So I returned and Sam sold me one to.. I love my new 2016 KIA my first new car ever. I love all of the new features from the panoramic sunroof to the space inside, and the amenities not found standard in other more expensive autos. From the manager to the finance officer they were all kind, and professional, they gave me the best deal in my area, BELIEVE ME I LOOKED... I will come back and send my family and friends to Sam Wright and this dealership for cars...Thank you Sam. More

The Worst Buying Experience I've Ever Had! BUYER BEWARE!!! This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Don't be fooled by the friendliness of any of the sales staff. They are there to drain you and deceive you to the limit. Unfortunately I fell for the deception. From Chris Jensen to Nathan Draus, the finance man, I was deceived and lied to. I went in to buy a new Mitsubishi Mirage because it was supposedly the least expensive new car I could buy. I wanted to buy new because I was tired of surprises. By the time I signed the papers the amount was over $19,400. That didn't seem like the cheapest new car to me but I foolishly trusted the staff. The reason the price was inflated was that I had signed up for $3,300 in add-ons including a 5 year maintenance agreement. The car is touted as having this wonderful warranty but don't miss the "limited" part. All of it is very shady. Anyway, I didn't want the $3,300 in add-ons so fortunately thy were able to be cancelled. The bad part is that the car payment was determined by the original sales amount. For the next year I will have to pay that amount as the lender will not refinance the loan for a year. Now I'm sure this will be followed by the dealership's comments making it my fault. All I can say is however they explain this away, DON"T buy a car from Crown Mitsubishi/Kia. More

Stopped by to show my service advisor Sherry Vieira, who took the time even while others had been scheduled to take a look of the symptoms and then get my vehicle scheduled the next business day. While the news of what needed to be done wasn't the best, Sherry was in total control and made it happen. She followed up with phone calls to keep me informed. When service was completed, she called and scheduled a pick up at my place of employment to insure I would be able to get my vehicle back asap. In addition, I received the 10% loyal customer discount off of the labor and at the time of pickup, I was assisted with another advisor, Matt, who quickly explained the procedure as he expedited the payment process. Thanks again to Sherry and her team!! More

Great Experience Wow. Who knew buying a car could be so pleasurable? The salesman was great, the general manager was great, and the finance gentleman was so quick and Wow. On a scale of 1 to 10 both Crown Kia and "Z" get a 10. I could not have been happier with the entire experience and would recommend Crown Kia and "Z" as a good place and people to buy a car from.
