The sales manager and general manager in followup got us to re-engage, and they brought the car to our house, cleaned up and looking great. We ended up buying the car, which they did a massive amount of work on , and then delivered to our home. Can't say enough good things about Ryan Magid (sales manager), Joseph Cifalino (general manager) and Vinny Werdann (our sales associate).. Anthony in service was great as well! What made this experience stand out to me, more than others from the past, was the EXCEPTIONAL and PERSONABLE sales staff! My salesmen were Rob Nylund and Vinny Werdann. While different in their personalities, both Rob & Vinny shared the same sales characteristics and philosophy... a warm and personable approach assisting me find the right car with MY needs in mind, NEVER PUSHY, never leading, and extremely educated in both the vehicles & incentives. Rob & Vinny got me in the car that I wanted... for a price that fit my budget... and did all this with a smile! I truly felt welcomed, and that my needs came first!! Trust me! My se My first contact was with Jessica online. Jessica is such an asset to Honda of Hackettstown, personable, knowledgeable, professional, amazing! My second experience was with Vinny. It was like a breath of fresh air, no hard sale, no pressure, a very comfortable car buying experience. I left the dealership in my new CRV and I couldn't have been happier. There was a glitch with getting my PA plate, that has since been resolved but while I couldn't use my car, I worked with Marissa who was instrumental in getting a loaner car to me. When the loaner car didn't quite work out, Ronny was AMAZING to work with and brought an SUV. There aren't words to describe the level of customer service skills that Ronny possesses. I'm still floored. When my plate came in, Ronny and Jessica came to PA to pick up the SUV, and drop off my plate. It was like having friends come to visit. The trip to Hackettstown Honda is worth the experience of meeting Jessica, Vinny, Marissa, and Ronny. Those four people are the epitome of what customer service should be and almost never is. It was a pleasure and honor working with each of them The icing on the cake is that you leave the dealership with an amazing deal and a beautiful Honda. It doesn't get any better than that! More
