They were very patient with us, and made the purchase process as painless as possible. They went out of their way to ensure we had a positive experience and agreed on a price that was acceptable to both parties. Waqas Tariq, the Business Manager, was an absolute joy. Andy Budd is a very professional Sales person and is very well informed about his products and does an excellent job of fitting the right vehicle to the Customer's needs. He was very helpful, and I enjoyed working with him. I would strongly recommend asking for him if you visit the dealership. Waqas Tariq was also a pleasure to work with and very well educated about the financial and warranty end of my purchase. He made me feel very comfortable that I was making the right choice about an extended warranty, and he made sure everything was as it should be in the wrap up of my purchase. My internet inquiry was taken care of by Jean Ross, and she supplied all of the initial information I needed to know that Toyota of Brookfield would be where I was going to make my 2020 Toyota Tacoma purchase. The truck is great, of course, but working with Pat Duket makes the whole experience even better. He is extremely knowledgeable and as easy to work with as a car dealer can be. I've purchased a couple of vehicles from Pat and recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I wish I could give Pat and the dealership six stars because that's what they deserve with how attentive they are and how easy they make it to get into a new car or truck! More
