The same can be said about Warren Dixon, Finance Manager, when finalizing the paperwork. Both Zach and Nick even went ABOVE and BEYOND to address an issue several days after the purchase. Proving that customer service, even after the sale, is a top priority at D’Arcy. I have maybe posted one other review online, but felt so strongly about my buying experience at D’Arcy that I decided I had too. Zach Kraft was a great guy to do business with, he was very helpful and knew his stuff about the car I bought from him. This is my 4th car with D'Arcy and a total of 6 cars now with Hyundai all together since 2012. I usually buy a new car every 3 to 4 years. I will definitely be coming back to see Zach in the future.
