Cocky, Condescending - Horrible Experience I have been shopping for an Escalade from The Ed Morse Brandon location to their Tampa store. From the beginning, I could not shake the arrogance in t I have been shopping for an Escalade from The Ed Morse Brandon location to their Tampa store. From the beginning, I could not shake the arrogance in the air from their management team. Is this due to their high rating here on deslerrater.com? It didn’t come as much from the salesmen as it did from management. The last straw for me was my conversation with Kevin Roberts, a business manager at the Tampa store. The details aren’t important nor do I want to spend any more time on this than is absolutely necessary. Enter at your own risk. The salesman you will encounter will probably be fine - they want to SELL you a vehicle. Watch out for management... Although I could walk in and buy the truck I want cash, I won’t. They can obviously live without my business. More
