DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. I have been receiving tolltag bills for paper plates that this dealership registered in my name though I have NEVER purchased a vehicle from them. I have been in contact with Mohammed in the finance department and he has failed to rectify the matter for months and I have now received a collections notice for a debt that is not mine. More

I would recommend the dealership (with caution! ), however - BE AWARE and persistent in your negotiations and get everything verbally discussed, itemized in writing! All of the add-ons are ridiculous & frivolous, low-jack was supposed to be taken off, claimed they “discounted” the price, but ultimately, it was still there as another $$ line! The Finance Manager then told me I was ‘getting more than the trade is worth’ (attempting to degrade my trade) which 2 other Honda Dealerships and Honda True 360 gave me the value of my lease-ending trade… ultimately, I got what I originally negotiated with sales - but it was a degrading experience to have to argue with Finance Manager about it before I would sign the contacts. Almost left there with my original car! More

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Initially I couldn't take delivery because of a broken mirror. After being told the wrong part was ordered, it was discontinued then it's on it way a Initially I couldn't take delivery because of a broken mirror. After being told the wrong part was ordered, it was discontinued then it's on it way all within a 2 day period I reached out to parent company Lithia after not being able to get any answers from anyone in service the car was ready next day (8 days after contract was signed). After all was said and done with the deal and the car was delivered to my home on 6/22, I got a call from my credit union that my trade in had not been paid off and I had a late payment showing as of 7/5. They were already aware the deal was completed on 6/15 and advised me no one from this dealership had contacted them and after multiple calls to JE and Lithia once someone finally contacted me they stated CU showed it pending. I called them to verify and they showee nothing. The payment posted as of 7/10 and I was as used the date showing on the check was 6/30 that it was sent. This whole situation has turned me off from ever dealing with another Honda dealer until full transparency on pricing is enforced (yes this dealer charges mark ups on new cars and unnecessary "add-ons" for used vehicles without providing LoJack login etc until parent company Lithia was reached out to for the 3rd time). As stated previously the salesman Kenny was great but every other department not doing anything as promised in a timely manner has been a complete failure all around. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER if you live out of state. I purchased a 2020 Aston Martin with advertised mileage and odometer statement with 9,500 miles and in " excellent" condition and a 2 owner vehicle. I purchased a 2020 Aston Martin with advertised mileage and odometer statement with 9,500 miles and in " excellent" condition and a 2 owner vehicle. when I received the car it had 11,400 mile and was a total mess, missing interior parts, scratches in the paint, they even replaced 2 tires not rated for this vehicle. Absolutely no help from the general manager Wes. it took 2 months to receive the title and found out it was actually a 3 owner vehicle. The definition of consumer Fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER More

Do not buy from this dealer if you are out of state I purchased a 2020 Aston Martin with represented 9500 miles and 2 owners When I received the car it had 11400 miles and when I received the title 2 m purchased a 2020 Aston Martin with represented 9500 miles and 2 owners When I received the car it had 11400 miles and when I received the title 2 months later it showed that they had sold the vehicle a week before I bought it and now was a 3 owner car They also significantly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle including installation of tires not rated for this vehicle Do not buy from the dealer if you are out of state More

Horrible experience, l tried negotiating a vehicle and the manager Weasley gerhardth sent rude emails to basically tell me that I was wasting his time just because I can’t go and visit in person . I literally work long overnight hours and I can’t make it during the day . I need a car and I want a car and this guy is being rude and offensive and unprofessional. If u ask me if I would recommend this dealership, I absolutely don’t and I won’t try getting anything with them . Don’t waste your time with them. 0 stars if possible!!!! More

Terrible service, terrible communication. Jose/Josue and Wes Gerhardt. Jose/Josue Sold me a car that they had not even paid off and called me back to return it a week later, mind you I was o Jose/Josue and Wes Gerhardt. Jose/Josue Sold me a car that they had not even paid off and called me back to return it a week later, mind you I was on vacation already in California and had to cut my trip short, fly back to Dallas to return the car (not compensated for having to come back becaue if an error they did) They also committed to finding me a similar car and nothing. So I went ahead and asked for my down payment back ($7K) and it’s been 3 days since and I have yet to receive word back or my money. This was our 2nd car purchase here and we already thought of our selves as being a lifelong customer of the dealer. I’m sure they won’t even care about the review, if they don’t care to return money that isn’t theirs, much less a review. Anyways, go to another Honda dealership at all cost, if you happen to go to John Eagle Honda avoid Josue Saucedo and Wes Gerhardt like the plague. More
