John was our salesperson and we love his knowledge of product as well as his professional but friendly manner. He was so well prepared each time we came in. He works well with a tech savvy 18 year old as well as a 57 year old, who knows nothing of technology! Would highly recommend this dealership and John Besch. Was greeted warmly every time we entered the building, was spoken to by Mr. Vaughn and Mr. Smith on both visits. Spoke to a member of the service department who welcomed me and explained how to take care of regular maintenance and such.Looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Audi of Cary and my Q7. The entire staff is always friendly and eager to help in any way they can- whether it's grabbing you a snack/bottled water all the way to signing papers for a vehicle purchase. So grateful to work with (and a huge shout out) Wes, Ed, and Brian who helped get us in and out with our new car last night while the other salesmen were working with several other clients.
