THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!! Wes is a great communicator and thoroughly explained all the models and financing options, including warranties. Every phone call or email was returned very quickly with comprehensive information. As soon as he secured the exact car I wanted he called and (again) presented me with delivery options as well as an introduction to Peggy. Peggy took over and helped me from A-Z with contracts and financing and delivery details as well as follow-up communication inviting me to have her help me understand my new car, service options, and ongoing maintenance. Both employees were honest, open, and treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you both so much!! More

Sold me a Honda Ridgeline over the internet stating it was "absolutely perfect" and "showroom condition". When truck was delivered it had major scratches and an indentation on the back passenger rear doo was "absolutely perfect" and "showroom condition". When truck was delivered it had major scratches and an indentation on the back passenger rear door that extends onto the rear wheel well. The receipt that the transport driver gave me showed that the damage was on the Ridgeline when he picked it up at the dealership. He marked this damage on the receipt as "Deep Scratches". He made a point to show me this damage when he dropped off the truck. I immediately notified the dealership, but dealer contends they're only "surface scratches", even though their own receipt shows them as "Deep Scratches". I took the truck to a local detail shop and they could not remove the scratches with a power buffer and said I would need body work to fix. I took the truck to a body shop and they concluded that the scratches are in past the clear coat and into the paint so deep that it will need body work to fix and then it will have to be painted. Estimate is $1150.00. I have supplied Honda of Greeley with pictures, quotes, and damage assessment from three different sources, all concluding that body work and paint will be necessary to repair the damage. I feel I was given false statement on condition of the truck. I now have over $1100.00 worth of damage to fix when I was told truck was in "absolute perfect" condition. Photos of the truck were emailed to me, before I agreed to purchase the truck, but photos were taken at a distance so you could not see the scratches. UPDATE: After over two weeks of haggling over whether the truck had truly $1100. worth of damage, Honda of Greeley finally agreed to cover the cost of the repair. It was like pulling teeth, but I have to give Honda of Greeley credit for finally doing the right thing. More

Honda of Greely is awesome! Peggy was great to work with and made the transaction simple, easy, and enjoyable!! Wes is also a great guy and was so helpful in getting me a great car.
