I've worked with this dealership before and got great service. Purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. Love the truck, but was looking to maybe upgrade. This time it seems like they just didn't want to service. Purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. Love the truck, but was looking to maybe upgrade. This time it seems like they just didn't want to do any work for the sale. They asked what I wanted, I gave them a list. Never heard from the salesperson again. I wrote to the Sales Mgr, still never heard from the salesperson. Get other emails from sales and service, so I know it's not my junk mail filter. More
