Actually super thankful for Santiago and the technician who worked on my car. I have nothing but amazing things to say. Went in because I was getting some weird error message. NEVER BUY HERE. A dishonest and exhausting 6-hour nightmare. I would never buy from this dealership. This was, without a doubt, the worst car-buying experience I A dishonest and exhausting 6-hour nightmare. I would never buy from this dealership. This was, without a doubt, the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. The trouble started during the negotiation for a new Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium. I was very clear from the beginning: I wanted an "Out-the-Door" (OTD) price because I did not want any surprises. We finally agreed on a price, but once I was sent to the finance office, the tactics changed. The first finance manager tried to pressure me into buying dealership insurance/protection packages. I politely declined all four options. Then, a second finance manager came in and told me that if I didn’t buy the insurance, they wouldn’t honor the price we had already agreed upon. This is classic "bait and switch" behavior. To make matters worse, the process took 6 hours. I was there with my 7-year-old son; we missed lunch and were never even offered a bottle of water (we had to survive on the showroom popcorn). To top it all off, as I was leaving—clearly upset—the finance manager stood by the door and muttered "get out of here" under his breath. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. More
