Experience was ok. I picked up my Jeep and after 3 hours of having it the change oil light came on! I just spent $20,000 and that shouldn’t have happened! They had to see the message pop up when they turned on my Jeep! Also the detailing was horrible and it was dirty. Even found used napkins in the center consol! Had to bring my new Jeep back a week later to get the message about the oil off.....salesman didn’t even show me how to work all the buttons all he kept saying was “ you good?” Instead of saying that he should have been like “ let me show you how to use / work everything “ like a good salesman should do! Also my final Jeep monthly payment was more than what he said it was going to be......when I brought the Jeep back the used car manager michelle was so helpful and friendly! Was a pleasure to deal with! More

First Experience - An Absolute Pleasure This was my first experience leasing a new vehicle. I originally spoke with Jackie in Internet Sales prior to arriving to Security. She told me that s This was my first experience leasing a new vehicle. I originally spoke with Jackie in Internet Sales prior to arriving to Security. She told me that she would provide me with a Sales Person being that I hadn't met with anybody prior. Upon arrival, Jackie came and saw us almost immediately and introduced us to Will. Will was very accommodating and ran numerous numbers on multiple vehicles with no issues. He was assuring in that I received the best deal on my new car. Will then sent us to Tom Dunn who was responsible for all finance paperwork. Though to some this may seem like a dreaded experience (finance paperwork), Tom made this an extremely pleasurable experience and was well beyond expectation. He was even sure to check back in on numerous occasions while waiting for the next step(s) in the process. Following the meeting with Tom, we met with Steve who was responsible for Insurance. Steve took care of everything regarding insurance including speaking directly with my insurance agent to clarify and assure anything needed was fulfilled. Though my first experience, I couldn't imagine it going any better. Security Dodge is your next stop for your car! More

From the time you pull into the lot and there is an attendant to guide you to when you enter the showroom. There wasn't one staff member that passed me that didn't ask if I needed help.
