Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. My car was delivered and ran for less than a week. I have now dumped more money into trying to get it on the road then my original loan. And it's still not running and will still cost me about another $3,000. I have tried multiple times to both call and email the representatives that I spoke to when purchasing the vehicle and they refused to respond to me. Now I'm stuck with a lemon and the car loan without any options. Stay away from Chelsea motors!!!! More

William was a good salesman and person, however the xxxx ball sales manager Rizka is the epitome of the sleazy used car salesman. I bought a vehicle, we agreed on the price, he jacked it up $1,800, I have b ball sales manager Rizka is the epitome of the sleazy used car salesman. I bought a vehicle, we agreed on the price, he jacked it up $1,800, I have been buying cars, boats, etc. for over 60 years and the verbally agreed purchase price was never changed, until sleazeball Rizka changed it. Management said I didn't read the contract, I had no idea they were fraudulently going to change it. I will let the MI Atty Gen. office, BBB and Consumer Protection Agency sort it out. There are many reputable dealers in the Chelsea are, avoid this one at all costs. More

I purchased a Ram 1500 on February 22nd. Today is March 13th and I still don’t have my permanent license plate. The dealership has been telling me “any day now “. Last Friday my salesman tells me that my paperwork is with the state of Michigan because they have to issue a new title. I asked for an extended temporary license plate and I am still waiting for a response. . I know that I bought this vehicle “as is”, but I unknowingly bought it with a bad alternator, tensioner, idler pulley and bulb socket. $2000 in . The truck was also advertised as having 4 wheel drive, but it doesn’t work. I accept full responsibility because I should have gone to a reputable dealership and bought a certified pre owned vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
