Purchased a vehicle from out of state. I was searching for a black-on-black 2023 Mustang in October of 2023 yes it was very late in the model year and difficult to find the correct equipme I was searching for a black-on-black 2023 Mustang in October of 2023 yes it was very late in the model year and difficult to find the correct equipment, but they had one. Made the purchase and explained in detail the full process I was going thru with this vehicle. It was to be shipped to Shelby America in Las Vegas to become A Centennial Edition Shelby. So, I was very limited on being able to see the car as I reside in Florida nevertheless, I entrusted the dealership to take care of me as a customer. They set up the transport to Shelby and all seemed great. After Shelby was completed with the transformation I set up the shipping with Reliable transportation to get it to Florida. After it arrived I was able to really polish the car up and prepare to show it. But noticed a minor chip in the paint on the edge of the passenger door handle, just one issue. Next item noticed was the Ford Pass would not connect, the headliner was sagging and the weather stripping around the passenger door was damaged. First response from dealership was "Unfortunately I talked with management and there is nothing we can do about it." Then started blaming Shelby for the issues. I had been in contact with Shelby and Reliable Transport with the same concerns and they were able to produce photos showing the issues upon receiving the vehicle. Very disappointed in this experience as I have purchased 9 new Ford/Lincoln vehicles since 2006, Also have some influence on one of the largest construction fleets in the United States. I have been loyal to Ford for a very long time but this will definitely leave an impression. More

Will was very polite and engaging; he just didn't know squat about cars. 2) Ourisman requires at least $20K in order to secure a loan with Ford Credit through them. I don't quite understand the game they have going with Ford Credit, but it seems a little sketchy to me. It seems like a bid to raise the amount paid in interest. 3) They don't provide any literature or information on what is covered in in the service warranties I purchased. I simply got told to look in the owner's manual. Huh? One would think that when asking customers to shell out over $6,000.00 for the warranties, they would at least provide some kind of printed material for reference. 3) The vehicle got cleaned in a rush and, as such, wasn't entirely clean on the inside. I needed to clean it again the next day to remove dirt smudges on both the plastic trim and the seat upholstery. The front window was also pretty grimy as well. Basically, it is the little things that count when purchasing a vehicle. I don't feel as though Ourisman stepped up. I got a gut feeling this review is going to affect how they treat me in the future. More
