If I wasn't so far along in the process I would have cancelled the whole transaction - but I wanted the car and I wanted to be done shopping. In particular, Billy Callandrillo and Marc Starr are two of the most genuine people I have met; professional, personable, well informed, and a pleasure to do business with, along with both having an impeccable sense of humor to alleviate any tension on my part while conducting a rather large (for me) business transaction. They are the kind of men that I would be happy to call friends if I met them on a personal basis. Based on my experience with these two, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pre-owned BMW vehicle, and by extension, recommend the Herb Chambers organization in general. More

They showed me several cars of my preference and after my first quality vehicles. Billy and Nick were perfectly accommodating during my car purchase.
