Excellent Service as usual! This visit Bob Calhoun & Ken Dowd helped my husband Tony & I with our inspection, scheduled maintenance. Both Assistant Service Managers are knowledgeable, friendly & courteous & they along with many other Asst. & head Service Managers make it a point to treat us like family. We have been Conicelli Family Members for over 20yrs & although we love service Conicelli Hyundai & Honda, our favorite by far is Toyota, 5 stars. Thank you all! The service manager (Mark Elmore) was incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation, after having gone through the call center and being told it would take days to replace a tire that had blown out and understanding of our situation, after having gone through the call center and being told it would take days to replace a tire that had blown out at midnight the night before. He was so accommodating and genuine. Once we got to the dealer, everyone we interacted with on the service team was very helpful too. Thanks! More
