Happy with the O’Brien dealership experience I worked with Bill and it was very easy to explore the various permutations of getting a new car - what if I trade in my old car? What if I don’t? Wha I worked with Bill and it was very easy to explore the various permutations of getting a new car - what if I trade in my old car? What if I don’t? What if I buy? What if I lease? Bill was great on the test drive; pointing out relevant features. He was very helpful after the test drive, identifying the differences in various packages offered. He was willing to spend the time it took for my to feel comfortable with the deal that we worked out! Thank you! More
