ROUTINE MAINT I take my car there every time it needs to be serviced. William Oltz is very helpful every time I have it serviced. He makes sure that I have a ride I take my car there every time it needs to be serviced. William Oltz is very helpful every time I have it serviced. He makes sure that I have a ride to and from work because I leave it there during the day. He calls me once my car is ready to be picked up.. He explains what is going to be done the day of my visit and when I return he explains by bill to me and if they have found anything wrong with it. I will continue to have my car serviced at Honda of Cleveland. More

Best service department in the Chattanooga area. The service advisor was very cooperative in solving our unusual prbllem, we were locked out of the car. Mark arranged for us to have the car towed to the dealership in Cleveland, got the car opened. (the lock was loose) and found that the battery was dead. They replaced the battery, checked the electrical system to make sure everything was ok.. we were able to pick up the care that afternoon. Mark Duncan did a great job. Excellent Service I took my car in for regular maintenance and told them my tire pressure light had been coming on frequently, but I wasn't sure if it was because of th I took my car in for regular maintenance and told them my tire pressure light had been coming on frequently, but I wasn't sure if it was because of the cold or something else. They were very kind, quick, and efficient that evening and let me know that there was a nail in one of my tires and I would require two new tires, but they didn't have them in stock at the time. I called back the next morning to see when they thought the tires would be in, and they already had 4 tires and said I could go ahead and bring my car in for service right then if I wanted, and they would provide a ride back to work. After work, they came and picked me up and brought me back to the dealership to pick up my car with its two new tires. Everyone was very helpful, kind, and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend the Honda Service Center when people ask. More
