I have been dealing with this dealership since 1997 and could not be happier with the service received. Every car I have owned in the US came from Sloan in Devon. Tim gets my car sorted out in an efficient and friendly way and makes sure that all potential requirements have been addressed. More

Bill Shirley made our experience of buying a new 2013 Toyota 4Runner effortless. Bill has been with Sloane for over 20 years and he knows his product well. He always responded to my calls on the day that I called him. I never had to wait for a response from him. He was attentive to both my husband and myself. I know my brand new 4Runner so well because Bill took his time to explain how the vehicle works and what all of the buttons and touchscreens do. I am so happy with my beautiful car. Bill is still available to me should I need him. I just have to stop by. More

Bill was the initial contact via the telephone and provided all the details concerning the 2012 Toyota Camry SE (CPO) including additional pictures of the vehicle. Upon arrival for the scheduled appointment, Bill had the unit ready for inspection and a test drive. The Camry was serviced, detailed and certified as a used Toyota CPO. At this point, all was progressing with out any speed bumps, then came the negotiations with Wayne. As a sales professional with 25 years under his belt, and myself with plenty of years of haggling, we worked out a deal that was satisfactory to both parties. In the end, it was a Win Win, we got a really great Deal and Sloane Toyota will have a valued customer for the future. The F & I experience was equally pleasant with Michael, who was very knowledgeable in this area, provided information that sold us on a Extended Warranty at a discounted purchase price. So in the end, a great price for SE, zero deductible warranty for 7 years - 100,000 miles, 1.9 % financing for 60 months, and free maintenance for 1 year - 12,000 miles, we highly recommend Sloane Toyota for your future car buy experience!! More

I was referred to Sloan by a friend. After doing research and deciding on a Toyota I had my heart set on a 2013 Rav4 Limited. The people at Sloan were professional, courteous and new the product well. I was very pleased with the staff and the vehicle. My new Rav4 is beautiful and the main reason I wanted it was to get out of my 6 cylinder gas guzzler. I was offered a fair trade-in on my car an unbelievable deal on the new one. I plan on making this my dealership for life and would send all of my friends and family there. I gave this dealership a great review because I have purchased 9 cars in my life so far and this was the best auto purchasing experience I have had. More

My first contact with Sloane Toyota of Devon was over the phone. I will not do business with any person or company that doesn't understand the importance of good customer service. Good service starts with phone. I will not do business with any person or company that doesn't understand the importance of good customer service. Good service starts with the employees answering the phones, and they could not have been any nicer. There were a number of dealers that didn't even answer my initial inquiry with a return phone call. If you can't return a phone call when i am calling you to give you my business, you don't get my business. I started my negotiations for a new Tacoma over the phone with sales person Bill Shirley. He was genuinely friendly, was knowledgeable about the product he was selling, (unlike a lot of part timers), and worked hard to get me a deal that i was satisfied with. Their gain, other dealers loss, and all it took was people knowing how to treat a customer well from start to finish and a competitive price. Thanks Bill, i would definitely do business with you again. More

This is a tough one for me. I bought my last two cars (both Camrys) from Sloane, and I was fully intending to buy Camry #3 here as well. This time I bought a Hyundai instead. Why? The car I wanted wasn (both Camrys) from Sloane, and I was fully intending to buy Camry #3 here as well. This time I bought a Hyundai instead. Why? The car I wanted wasn't on the lot, and my sales guy, Bill-S, didn't seem too much in the mood to find me a Camry with the trim I wanted unless I would commit to a price and a deal. I told him I would only talk price with him if he actually had a car to sell me that I wanted to buy. We went back and forth and I left - he didn't tell me that he actually had a car that I wanted, but agreed to a price I threw out there that I knew was under published invoice. This felt bad. Perhaps it would have turned out differently if I wanted to buy a car that was on Sloane's lot at that moment. I went over to Carousel Hyundai and spoke with Mike-W and did much better. I had a much easier time buying the previous cars from Sloane, and working with the service department over the years was easy as well. Sloane missed out on the opportunity this time, but so far I am liking the Hyundai. Camrys have been great cars for me, and this rating only reflects this last sales experience. More

Bill was extremely helpful, very professional, courteous and patient during the whole sales process. He spent lots of time demonstrating the features of my new Avalon and even took the time to set up some and patient during the whole sales process.
