I went here when I unexpectedly had to buy a car , unprepared and stressing about my credit . The sales and the financial department went above and beyond to treat me with respect and dignity - and go unprepared and stressing about my credit . Outstanding state-of-the-art Lexus dealership. Beautiful facility. Generally knowledgeable staff. Superb experience with Rob Williams who gets a special shout-out for his attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Rob went the extra mile and answered all of our questions. He was patient and extremely helpful getting us familiar with the F Sport so we felt comfortable with the vehicle. He is a credit to your dealership and should be so recognized. He has called us 3 times to follow up on various details, and this shows a genuine commitment to excellence. Honestly, he deserves more than 5-stars. On the other end of the spectrum, William Than was terrible. He was intrusive and pushy, and kept steering us to a special edition RX 350 model that he said “if you were family, this is the Lexus you should buy”. He misrepresented his knowledge that all Lexus 350’s are the same and have no difference in acceleration or performance—despite that we’ve owned a 2015 RX 350 F Sport for 6 years. At times, he was just below argumentative and was both arrogant and condescending. Truth be told, get rid of this guy! Lastly, we had made arrangements to look at a 2021 F Sport with Circuit Red interior on Monday 12/27 and made an appointment with Sam to test drive the vehicle on Tuesday 12/28. When we got to the dealership, there was some confusion and we were told Sam was off that day. Hmmm. A bit peculiar. And that was our very first contact with the dealership. Initially, it went downhill from there when William was assigned as the replacement for Sam. After our first test drive in the vehicle William was determined, above all else, to sell us, we came in and expressed our dissatisfaction to Don, the general manager, who dealt with this very promptly and professionally. He then put us in touch with Rob, who was exceptional. Rob and Sean sealed the deal. So, in the space of some 6 hours, we came into your overall excellent dealership and drove out with a 2022 RX 359 F Sport. In the interim, we encountered both ends of the professional and customer service spectrum with William an overly generous 1-star and Rob a very well-deserved 10-star experience.
