Willis is a man of his word. He was kind and honest. He wants you to love your car. I had to bring it in during the 30-day warranty, and they upheld their end of the deal and took care of my car without c wants you to love your car. Just had the best car buying experience with Willis and the team! Willis makes you feel like a friend as soon as you walk through the door. I would leave 0 star review if I could. Relentless pressure from salesman, Willis, to have us finance the purchase of the used 2014 Suburban there with them, even though we told him upfront we were pressure from salesman, Willis, to have us finance the purchase of the used 2014 Suburban there with them, even though we told him upfront we were either gonna do a cash deal or finance at our credit union. So, be warned. They do everything in their power to make you finance there, Then by their "mistake" they charged us for license plate stickers. After the purchase, I found the previous owners info in the glove compartment that clearly showed they had already paid for that. I e-mailed Ardell with that info, and she promised to call me back after checking there. She never did call back, and after I attempted to contact her again, I e-mailed the salesperson, and finally got that straightened out. Also he told us he would resolve the low tire pressure indicator light that was on, but all they did was re-set it. So, we then had to pay to have it fixed after the purchase. To make matters even worse, within a few days of purchase, we had to replace all the engine oil cooler lines, trans oil cooler lines and radiator that was leaking. Total cost for all that was an additional $2,000 00 out of our pocket. We did purchase it ,as is, with no warranty, but believed Willis when he clearly stated they, "on average, put over $2,000.00 into used trade ins" offered at their Luther Hopkins. So, we certainly were not expecting an additional 2,000.00 in repairs right after we purchased it. If there were any other Black 2014 Suburbans with miles around 123,000 available within the central MN and Metro area, believe me, we would not have bought it here, but we needed to make a purchase at the time. Also, Willis did clearly state to us that he follows up with all his customers after the purchase, but nope, he did not attempt to contact this older aged couple from outside the metro area, in any way. Very disheartened and disappointed. More
