What an amazing experience. A big shout out to Willy Moreira. He went above and beyond and got me and my wife exactly the vehicle we needed. This dealership was the most smooth and most gracious process ever. As a first time buyer everyone was so welcoming and also friendly and efficient i couldn’t speak more highly on how they care for you a process ever. As a first time buyer everyone was so welcoming and also friendly and efficient i couldn’t speak more highly on how they care for you and what you get in to. I had spine surgery and I’m young woman doing this on my own coming from orlando , Fadhil and Berto were an amazing team they helped me and made sure I felt amazing on what I was getting into(even before I decided I wanted to drive to Lakeland). Fadhil and his customer service was absolutely amazing, he wasn’t there but he sure is included in the process. Because how he spoke to me over the phone and through text it felt very nice like I had a friend not just a sales man he couldn’t be there in the process, but he directed me towards Berto who continued the friendliness of the whole experience. Fadhil was kept inform and kept texting me throughout the whole process to make sure I was comfortable in everything I saw. I couldn’t ask for a better experience at a car dealership than the one I had. I am more than excited to come back to see everyone that helped me. This dealership and these people deserve the absolute best and they really all deserve it because I feel like the worries had about not finding anything I liked was taken off my shoulders and I was helped getting in to something I absolutely love, A brand new Kia with a whole new Kia family added to it. I couldn’t ask for anything more amazing.Thank you so very much. More
