I had financing in place before going to the dealership. I specifically requested that they did not pull my credit report to avoid additional hard inquiries (I’m in the process of applying for a home loan a I specifically requested that they did not pull my credit report to avoid additional hard inquiries (I’m in the process of applying for a home loan as well) after purchasing the vehicle I noticed several hard inquiries on my credit report.They had applied on my behalf to multiple lenders without my permission. I’m still able to get my home loan but it did bring my credit down a few points. I’m not pleased about it. More
