Wyndall has been in the customer service business his entire professional career. After graduating from the University of Kentucky he started in the family independent grocery business and after several years he began a second career in the automotive business. He has worked in the automotive business for 14 years, and has managed and sold for 8 different franchises. Wyndall has been happily married for over 30 years and raised 3 children. He loves to spend time with his family, boating, golfing, and watching sporting events like UK and UL football and basketball.

I was recommended to Tafel Motors by Steve Kiper. I was met at Tafel Motors by Wyndall Smith. He was very courteous and did not pressure me in anyway. He was helpful and very informative about what I wan met at Tafel Motors by Wyndall Smith. He was very courteous and did not pressure me in anyway. Wyndall even came to my house after I bought the vehicle and programmed my garage door opener. Tafel Motors is a great place and the people are all wonderful to work with. More

We called and talked to Wyndall Smith. Because we were driving 2 hours we made an appointment to meet with him. Wyndall was waiting for us and patiently showed us the different models and colors. This is our first Mercedes and Wyndall answered all our questions and explained the options. We ordered our car exactly as we wanted it. Wyndall kept in touch with us on production progress. When we came to take delivery of our car he took as much time as we needed to explain all the features. He has called after delivery to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions. We are very pleased with him and the whole dealership. The car was perfectly detailed on delivery. More

I received my first Benz from Mr. Tommie Burns. A long time customer of Tafel. He told me that once I drive a Mercedes I will never settle for less. He was right! After a few years I was in the market for time customer of Tafel. He told me that once I drive a Mercedes I will never settle for less. He was right! After a few years I was in the market for another car. I thought about Mr. Burns, if he trusted Tafel I knew I could as well. I was right- My first "new" Benz!!!!!!!!! It will not be my last! This was my first new car experience, although I intended to buy a used vehicle when I went to Tafel. Wyndall Smith did an outstanding job. I know I was not the ideal customer. I kept switching gears, yet to buy a used vehicle when I went to Tafel. Wyndall Smith did an outstanding job. I know I was not the ideal customer. I kept switching gears, yet Wyndall never faltered. He was the most patient salesperson I've ever dealt with. He worked tirelessly over several days before we finally closed the deal. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a car. I love my new C Class! Thank you, Wyndall, for making it possible. More

I came in with my sister to look at a car we had found online and Wyndall was so helpful! Unfortunately that car did not work out, but Wyndall called us back soon after with a couple more vehicles to loo online and Wyndall was so helpful! Unfortunately that car did not work out, but Wyndall called us back soon after with a couple more vehicles to look at. We really appreciated that he was so helpful and kept my sister in mind, even though she was just looking for something used and had a low end budget. He was never pushy and we always felt comfortable dealing with him. He was very honest and up front about everything. My sister ended up purchasing one of the cars he found and she loves it! We really enjoyed the experience and will be referring anyone we know looking for a car to Wyndall! More
