I went get an oil changed and told the advisor I needed the windshield wipers changed. When I was waiting in the kids room he came over with a list of recommendations of jobs my car needed done. He mention the windshield wipers changed. When I was waiting in the kids room he came over with a list of recommendations of jobs my car needed done. He mentioned the rear wiper needed to be replaced I told him to please go ahead thinking it was in addition to the windshield ones. The next day I went to get my inspection done and the mechanic came and told me he couldn’t pass it unless I had the windshield wipers replaced I was confused because just the day before during my visit i asked to replace them. I even added it to the appointment I made. The mechanic who did the inspection replaced them for me however I had to pay a higher price for it than I would had if it had been done during my visit at Honda. More
