Best overall car purchase experience! ! The general manager, Yohan, took a direct approach in ensuring the right vehicle match was located and quickly diverted to his dealership after ! The general manager, Yohan, took a direct approach in ensuring the right vehicle match was located and quickly diverted to his dealership after Kia had abruptly cancelled my 2023 build order. My assigned sales rep, Tim, was nothing short of exceptional and by far the best sales person in any service industry I have had the pleasure of working with. Tim kept in constant communication regarding the whereabouts of the vehicle, anticipated arrival time and final arrival. Once the vehicle arrived, Tim ensured the vehicle was prepped and ready for pick up along with all arranged paperwork, making it a seamless car purchase experience. Much to our surprise, Tim also gave a post Christmas gift of purchasing and installing an item on the vehicle I had inquired about. Tim took the time to give me and the wife a personal instrumental tutorial to familiarize us with the the operational and digital controls and accessories with the vehicle. While at the dealership, I purchased some accessories for the vehicle. Tim grabbed the accessories, while I stepped away to use the facilities and installed them for me. Once I left the dealership the experience didn't stop there. Tim followed up several times post purchase to ensure we didn't have any questions pertaining to the vehicle and ask if we needed anything else. Tim even arranged to meet near my home to prevent me having to drive back to the dealership to pick up some accessories that were being shipped and weren't in stock the day of purchase. Short of a mint on the dashboard (lol), Tim not only met but exceeded our expectations in every possible way. He is the epitome of a true professional who wants your entire experience to be a memorable and enjoyable one-Mission Achieved!! More

Mike Diaz and Ro the managers is the ones I had a issue with and they are very rude. Ro gets in your face like a tuff guy and tries to intimidate you Mike Diaz smells like booze.
