DONE WITH JERRYS I bought my tundra in 2009 love the truck, will never go back to Jerry's. They have been servicing my truck sense I bought it. Twice in the past I c I bought my tundra in 2009 love the truck, will never go back to Jerry's. They have been servicing my truck sense I bought it. Twice in the past I caught them trying to screw me on unnecessary repairs. Once I was told I needed a new seat cover that cost over $700, I took it home and fixed it my self for $0. Some clips needed to be reattached and screws were missing. Then I was told I needed brake pads and rotors, they said the rotors were worn/rusted beyond repair. Again I took it home, and after bending a breaker bar and twisting a 4 way lug wrench trying to remove the lug nuts I ended up using a 3/4 inch impact that struggled to remove them because there "technician's severely over torqued them. The pads did need replaced but they lied about the rotors, the only rust on them was where every other rotor in the world is rusted, were the pads don't touch. And the latest incident cost me $221, again there "technician" over tightened the drain plug on the oil pan and stripped it. Their reasoning was because the truck had over 100 thousand miles on it (BS). The bill started at $805, I ended up paying $221 for their screw up. As I said, I love the truck but it will never pass through their doors again. More
