Was greeted right from the entrance by Youssef. He introduced himself and asked what he could do for us. Within a few minutes we were able to test drive our vehicle. Buying our car here was a great experience. This was my first new car purchase and my husbands 20th or something crazy like that and we both were extremely happy with the experience! Youssef was genuinely friendly and we enjoyed dealing with him! He acted as if he was an advocate for us and not the dealership he worked for. He would try and figure out what the best process would be or what would make the most sense monetary wise for us on this purchase. He was awesome and we very much enjoyed working with him!! We didn't have the feeling with Youssef as people do with most sales people, he just genuinely seemed like he enjoyed talking with us and getting to know us! He had a great personality and was great at his job. We also dealt with Brent Rogers for the financing and he was great as well! We had a great conversation with him and he made the signing papers process a lot less painful. Overall the whole experience was awesome! It all just went so smoothly and everything fell right into place. More
