Honestly, I probably wouldn’t have bought a car from Kia if it weren’t for her. She made the whole process incredibly easy and even enjoyable. Buying a car can often feel stressful, pressured, and overwhelming when you’re making such a big decision, but not once did I feel that way with Yvonne. I had several obstacles pop up at different stages, and each time she stayed calm, patient, and focused on helping me resolve whatever came up. And on top of it, I live in a different city, so she took time out of her day to drive 2 hours to deliver the car to me! Her kindness is unmatched, and because of her, I’ll be recommending that friends and family go to her in the future. Thanks again to Yvonne for everything! More
