JUST bought a jeep less than a week ago. told the salesperson while test driving the. takes squeak, it shakes, power door locks don’t work and there is an interior trim panel missing. I was told, “mechanics just changed brakes and rotors. we. any order the trim piece we aren’t a jeep dealer.“ I said ok they changed those things. it it still squeaks. and not to mention they didn’t say anything about door locks. or shake. I called service dept and they said it’s an all day job so I’d have to leave it overnight. I said I need a rental. they said they i dont qualify for that. I said I LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT THE JEEP! I asked if I can have a local jeep repair place fix it for me in my town to save me gas. haven’t heard from them yet. so frustrating and angry… More

Had a great experience here. David was great to work with. The truck we went to view hadn't hit the lot yet, but he was able to let us test drive before we left town. This dealership as a whole was absolutely amazing and my salesperson, David, was The Absolute Best! I arrived earlier in the evening than my scheduled appointment time with David. He was busy at the time he salesperson, David, was The Absolute Best! I arrived earlier in the evening than my scheduled appointment time with David. He was busy at the time helping another customer. Immediately, another salesperson began helping me while I waited on David with questions I had about 2 different SUV's in particular. I knew I was going to buy 1 of them that day but could not decide which one and ultimately ran everyone past closing time with my decision-making process. Despite that fact, everyone was still very helpful, kept a smile on their face, and did not complain the first bit because of how late it was starting to get. David was extremely patient with me in my decision-making and always kept a smile on his face-from the time I got there till the time I finally left and never once made me feel rushed. Even though it was past closing, before I left, David helped me pair my phone with the SUV I bought and answered any questions I had. The next day he emailed me to make sure I was still happy with my vehicle and if I had any problems. The customer service I received from everyone and especially from my salesperson, David, was phenomenal! And the pricing....was literally unbeatable from any other dealership within a 100 mile radius that I had checked. Five stars is truly not enough! More
